While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Car Engine Scanner is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@carenginescanner.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of receiving the damaged package. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to international regulations and logistical limitations, we are unable to ship to certain restricted countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process, and your order will not be able to be completed.
